We have fallen in love with this region, with Wig farm and with y Beudy! We enjoyed great weather, fabulous walks, and fantastic beaches, particularly Cilborth. This has been a home from home for 3 weeks, decorated and prepared with such care and love by Norma & James, it felt wonderful to be here as their guests.
Our stay at Bryn y gof cottage was delightful. A little difficult to find, but thanks to our host's directions we got there safely. The surrounding countryside and walks were a delight to us, visiting from Australia! There was a generous supply of fire wood for our use which made for a wonderfully cosy open fire each evening. All the utensils etc that we needed were on hand. We found the cottage a very comfortable place to spend a few days and the surrounding areas very interesting to explore. The stairs going up to the bedroom were not for the feint hearted, but luckily we are agile enough to cope with them :)
Never been to Wales before, but if this is what to expect we will definitely be back! Y Beudy cottage at Wig Farm are the perfect spot for a relaxing, rejuvinating break. The peace & quiet, the beautiful environment, gardens, wildlife is amazing. We hope to return again soon.
