Gwynfryn

With three double/kingsize bedrooms, each with very comfortable beds and antique furniture, Gwynfryn comfortably sleeps up to six people. The cottage has been sympathetically renovated and stylishly furnished to provide a comfortable characterful self-catering holiday home from home!

The layout is as follows:

Ground Floor: 2 bedrooms (1 currenlty used for storage so not in use)  and the Family Bathroom. The bedroom on this floor has a Superkingsize bed.

First Floor: Kitchen off the half landing (with direct access to the garden), further steps up to a single bedroom and the Lounge

Second Floor: Ensuite Loft bedroom (super kingsize)

The details:

The fully fitted kitchen (on the first floor) has a ceramic hob, double oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and dining table with six chairs. The kitchen leads directly out into the stunning back garden with a very large terrace overlooking Cardigan Bay. This superb space is ideal for barbecues or just to sit and relax, watching the fishing and pleasure boats in the bay. If you’re lucky, you can see the bottlenose dolphins from here too, when they are in the harbour. Patio furniture, a BBQ and loungers are provided.

The large, light and airy lounge (on the first floor) has a cosy open fire (initial fuel provided),  comfortable furnishings, a widescreen, smart TV and a DVD player. You’ll enjoy lovely sea views from the bay window too.

The ground floor luxury bathroom has a lovely roll-top slipper bath in front of the fire, and a separate corner-entry power shower. There are 2 bedrooms on the groundfloor of the cottage but one of these is currently used for storage. The groundfloor bedroom which is in use has a super kingsize bed.

The 2nd bedroom in use is on the first floor and that has a single bed. The third bedroom is a loft bedroom with super kingsize bed and an en-suite shower room

For those who like to keep in touch, Gwynfryn has free fibre broadband and Wi-Fi access. Please note that there are several steps leading up to the house at the front and also inside due to the fact that the living accommodation is on the first floor, this property may not be suitable for those with limited mobility.
