If you cancel your booking we will do our best to re-let the property for you, In which case we will refund monies paid less the cost of administration plus any agency fees incurred. If we are unable to re-let the property then we will be unable to refund monies paid. You are strongly advised to take out appropriate travel insurance to cover this eventuality
